Delivery date + rush surcharge
Pick a delivery date when creating an order — same-day or next-day automatically applies a configurable rush surcharge that's locked in at order creation.

Apply a percentage discount to the whole order, attach a free-text note, override per-line price for ad-hoc items.
Status timeline
Every status change is logged with timestamp, user, and an optional note. Cancellations always require a reason. Surfaces the full history per order at a glance.

Cash + UPI tracking
Record partial and full payments with mode (cash / UPI). Payment status auto-updates: unpaid → partial → paid. Outstanding balance is always front-and-centre on order detail.
GST-ready
Fill GSTIN + state once and every invoice carries CGST+SGST or IGST automatically. HSN code 9987 (laundry services). Composition-scheme friendly — leave GSTIN blank if you're below ₹20 lakh threshold.
Bank details on invoice
Account holder, A/c no., IFSC, bank, branch — all configurable in settings, shown on every invoice for NEFT/RTGS payments.
