Is there a free trial?

Yes — 14 days, every feature unlocked, no credit card required. We won't charge you anything until you explicitly pick a plan.

How does the order limit work?

Each plan has an orders-per-cycle cap. The dashboard shows live usage. At 80% you'll see a warning; at 100% new orders pause until your subscription renews or you upgrade.

What if I cross the limit?

New orders are blocked until you either renew (which resets the cap) or upgrade to a higher plan. No surprise bills, no overage charges.

Can I change plans?

Yes. Buying a higher-tier plan extends your subscription and resets the cap. Lower-tier moves take effect on the next billing cycle so you don't lose paid time.

Is GST included?

Prices shown are exclusive of GST. We add the applicable rate (currently 18% for SaaS in India) at checkout. The invoice you get is GST-compliant and claimable as input tax credit.

What payment methods?

All major cards, UPI, NetBanking, and wallets via Razorpay. For larger annual plans we also accept bank transfer — contact support@washos.in to arrange.

Can I cancel?

Anytime, no questions. Cancellation prevents the next renewal — you keep access until your current cycle ends. We don't refund partial cycles.
